VITAMIN B6
Vitamin B6
is helpful in biochemical reactions in our immune system. If you are
non-vegetarian then it’s good news for you because non-veg like chicken and
fish like salmon and tuna are a rich source of Vitamin B6. For vegetarians,
Vitamin B6 is present in green vegetables and chickpeas.
VITAMIN E
